Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Euglenax Apple Store platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Euglenax Apple Store. By accessing or using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Euglenax Apple Store platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases on the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account termination.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
All prices displayed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Payment is required in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
Paystack processes all payments. We do not store card details on our servers.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free.
Minor variations in product appearance may occur due to photography and screen calibration differences.
All Apple products sold on the Platform are genuine and sourced from authorised channels unless otherwise stated.

6. Delivery & Risk

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics factors outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of return confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Returns Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Euglenax or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.
Apple, iPhone, MacBook, iPad, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the US and other countries.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Euglenax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
