We stand behind every product in the Registry. If something is wrong, we'll make it right.

7-Day Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible for Return

Item arrived damaged or defective upon delivery.
Wrong item was delivered (model, colour, or storage variant).
Item does not match the product listing description.
Sealed package was tampered with or opened before delivery confirmation.

Not Eligible for Return

Items that have been used, activated, or set up.
Software-unlocked or carrier-locked devices not disclosed at time of purchase.
Accessories opened and tested (earphones, cables, chargers).
Returns requested more than 7 days after confirmed delivery.
Products with physical damage caused after delivery.

How the Return Process Works

Initiate Return

Go to your Account dashboard → Orders → select the order → tap "Request Return". Upload photos of the issue.

Review (24–48 hrs)

Our team reviews your request and photos. You will receive a decision notification via email.

Return Dispatch

If approved, we arrange a pick-up from your address at no cost. Retain all original packaging.

04

Inspection

Item is inspected at our warehouse. This takes 1–3 business days upon arrival.

05

Resolution

Depending on stock availability: a replacement is dispatched or a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
